I manage the box office for my local amateur theatre company. We can’t find a good way of making wheelchair seats available online without randoms just accidentally booking them, meaning everyone who needs one has to call 🙃 (they get a free carer seat too btw)

Tbf even without accessibility considerations calendars are awful. The new (not new, but most recent) google analytics one is DREADUL and much worse than their previous incarnation

I found an old photo from 2000ish of my friend in a sandwich board and not visible pants advertising his show. He was standing on a bollard opposite St Giles. Classic Fringe

Stuff I’ve enjoyed working on recently:
- getting agreement to gather data to enable us to measure Failure Demand, through classifying phone calls
- showing that Digital Take-up of the application journey (95%+) hides a lot of telephony traffic between that and the application being competed
