I remember people for their hair, face shape (in relation to body and hair), their physical shape, their smell, their voice and the way they move, fidget, carry themselves etc

I am sometimes dysphoric about my own face! I don't know what I look like unless I see myself actively. I used to practice facial expressions but it didn't work too well
