I'm gonna use the #kigurumi hashtag here to raise awareness, however: there are both Discord servers and Telegram groups+channels alike for this cosplay hobby.
A decent place to start on Discord is at discord.gg/kigurumi - it's a rather large server and arguably the easiest to get to.
