Ive been walking alot since i got cleared to at the two week post surgery mark, I take the dog about a 1/2 mile every morning

I was full of endometriosis and also had adenomyosis feeling. My recovery has gone very smoothe too! The recovery pain was honestly less bad than some of the general pain i was in before surgery

Just got my hysterectomy about 5 weeks ago and i have also had some inches down. I am taking other measures to loose weight but like, the genuine look of my body before and after surgery was crazy. I lost alot of lower stomach inflamation

I just did this, this year on Lioden. I got a higher statted Mngwa for studding and then a week later went on hiatus and i haven't touched it since lmao

And some old art of Farigiraf, one of my favorites! Interesting to note that in previous entries, Girafarig had a generic walk cycle. At least in Gen 9 I noticed both giraffe Pokemon have run/walk animations clearly referencing the pacing gait of real world giraffes.
