I actually misread it when I first saw it, and didn't realise that wasn't the line until later. A truly top quality pun in any case!

Xbox/Microsoft has lost any chance that I'll come back to them. I'm still stuck with Windows for PC gaming right now, but that feels like I'm going to be able to abandon that fairly soon.

There really isn't anything Xbox could do to make me reinvest in their system. #XboxShitTheBed 🤷‍♂️

Vancouver BC pollen count VERY HIGH on 26/03/08

Pollen kicked my ass in Vancouver today, and it's going to keep doing it. Thought I'd become sick until I checked the count

A few months later, but I picked it up today. I'm having tons of fun with it.

Made it to the 43'd round with Vilethorn. Love it when it feels like I've 'broken it'.

Looking forward to playing a lot of this game!

If the NDP don't win here, there is no NDP. I don't think they know what "tossup" means.

Not only that, it was the expansion to a game that already felt incredible at the time. When I bought Brrod War I felt like I had a whole new game I didn't know I needed.

Worth noting that the campaign story itself was compeling and presented in a manner that nothing else of its time was close to.

What a game. I think I own in on 4 platforms now...it's the kind of thing I'll start "cause I have a few minutes" and then be alarmed to find how much time has passed when I decide I've had enough.

Yea, with the caveats you mention, I'd have no problem with assembling Chinese vehicles in Canada rather than American ones.

If I'm going for pure self interest, it would be better for me (I work for a railroad that would likely ship those parts).

Why one small American town won’t stop stoning its residents to death - Charlotte_Stant - The Lottery - Shirley Jackson [Archive of Our Own] An Archive of Our Own, a project of the Organization for Transformative Works

“Why one small American town won’t stop stoning its residents to death,” an AO3 fic in which Isaac Chotiner interviews the guy who runs the lottery in Shirley Jackson’s “The Lottery”, is astounding. archiveofourown.org/works/73396436
