IMO it's much more likely he comes in for Watkins at some point and gets minutes up front.

Maybe not mate but I personally doubt he’d have been worse than Pau was yesterday. And if he really isn’t going to be trusted to start a match at CB then we have 3 senior centre backs, only one of whom is reliable for form and fitness (Konsa).

Among the many issues for #avfc we suddenly look scarily weak at CB don’t we?

-Pau hasn’t had a decent run of form since his injury in 23/24.
-Mings is 32 + all the injuries.
-Bogarde is our 4th choice CB yet almost never trusted to play there.
