It’s been like this in Australia for ages. You have to enter on your Australian passport if you are a citizen. Only the U.K. could have such a mix of rules…

I argued with Gov (when at Birkbeck) that part-time degrees endorsed by an employer could be funded this way - but no - apprenticeships only!
