Latest update on female #returnees in #Germany: Federal Court of Justice finds that Nadine K.'s conviction for aiding, abetting genocide in Syria is unjustified & orders her prison sentence to be reconsidered. In July 2023, Nadine K. had been sentenced to 9 years, 3 months, but appealed the verdict.
