It’s crazy how much we evolve over time, yet sometimes we get so down on ourselves it feels like we don’t even know what we’re doing anymore.

Sometimes, looking back is exactly what we need to keep moving forward.

Yeah, I feel like maybe I need to move faster and just keep going.

Some days it’s about hitting all your goals.

Other days it’s just about showing up.

Both count.

How do you usually iterate on your designs?

Who am I to be giving advice, but one thing that completely changed my life in 2024 was signing up for a gym.

It’s helped both my mind and body—and when those are in place, nothing can stop you!

One thing modular design taught me is to systemize my learning.

When I started with Webflow, I was completely overwhelmed. So I made lists of very specific things to learn, one by one, to understand the big picture.

I still use this strategy for learning new tools!

How long is too long to spend looking for the perfect typeface? 🫠

Cool little bento section I designed for a client recently.

What I love about freelancing is there’s always something new to figure out:

—First, getting to a decent design level.
—Then, landing jobs.
—Then, organizing myself better.

Now it’s all about improving my processes and onboarding.

I wonder what’s next.

Doing stuff you don’t want to do is the best way to toughen your mind.

For me, consistently going to the gym has been the best discipline hack. Whenever I don’t feel like going, that’s when I know I must go.

The more you push through, the easier it gets. 💪

Sometimes we need to remind ourselves that our careers aren’t a race, they’re a marathon.

The stuff that feels like a big deal right now, probably won’t matter that much in the long run.

Just gotta keep going.

That’s like the horizontal section padding in Figma.

On Webflow it would be padding-global 7.5 rem.

I’m curious—when you’re also developing the website, do you design the mobile version first or just handle responsiveness directly during development?

Doing less than you think you should is still better than doing nothing at all.

Because I catch myself looking like a shrimp half the time.

Yeah, on Webflow I use REMs, was referring to the design in Figma!

How much margin do you usually use in your layouts?

I tend to stick to 40-80px, but lately, I’ve been noticing more and more narrow designs.

Just started a project with 120px margins and I have to say—it's pretty damn good to work with.

Met a friend this weekend, and he said since his dad left his job to become an entrepreneur:

'It’s like he’s on a constant side hustle, always doing side quests.'

Honestly, what a cool way to define entrepreneurship 😂
