Close Encounters of the Sheered Kind Marvin the Martian takes his new cadet, Antwerp down to earth for a field lesson on abducting earth creatures, their target: a flock of sheep! Since they’re so docile and harmless they should be easy to abduct(as compared to rabbits), not so much the case since the Martian’s happen upon the flock of Sam Sheepdog, every time Marvin tries to teach his recruit the proper way to obtain an earth specimen he gets his eight ball head beaten in by Sam.

Last year me and @darrenrheideman.bsky.social brainstormed some ideas for new Looney Tunes shorts; one of them would be a play on the Sam and Ralph cartoons with Marvin the Martian trying to abduct sheep from Sam’s flock while his pupil Antwerp watches his teacher get his stuffing beaten out of him.
