Conditions like ADHD and PTSD cause your brain to develop more slowly. With ADHD alone brain maturation occurs at around 35. There’s not a ton of research into the delays caused by PTSD but it stands to reason that those delays would vary case by case. Be gentle with yourself. You’re doing great. ❤️
