Hammer throw is pretty challenging.
It requires really good technique and a lot of strength, but the hardest part is knowing where to throw it because everything looks like a nail.

A common complaint is that track meets are too long.
So, I have an idea to make meets shorter: we add an incentive to get the events done quicker.
Whoever finishes each race in the shortest amount of time is deemed the winner and they get a cash prize.

Someone just called in ICE knocking doors in Uptown and within 5 minutes maybe 100 people had arrived. Probably a false alarm but extremely hard to see how ICE operates with this kind of suffocating neighborhood response. Incredible work Minneapolis. ICE, just give up and get out already.

As a runner, I think about that Chicago runner who got his ribs broken by ICE before the NYC marathon. I also live in Somerville, so I also think about that Tufts student who was abducted.
Just two examples, but no one is far removed from ICE terrorizing communities with no consequences.
