Went to see #InterAlia last night. What a lack of respect from the theatre #DelfontMackintosh they let in 2 people 30mins into the show sitting in the middle of a long row during important monologue. If you let them in this late make them go to the back or side. Disturbed everyone including cast!

Looking for coping ideas please. My daughter’s cancer has started spreading again (stage4) and it’s causing all my #MS symptoms to play up. Right now my feet feel like the earth is vibrating my legs ache and I want to curl up and sleep. Yoga not helping I can’t switch off my brain!
