Post-NYC peak, pre-Onion Brad Holbrook did such crazy things as extreme commuting from NYC to Hartford for several months and to Albany for three years. Jim Haggerty was always insane and that's before considering WFSB is and WRGB was high on it's own supply.
His extreme commuting to Hartford (WFSB) and Schenectady (WRGB) showed he was insane well before The Onion.
Yet those counties in permanent recession went to them in 2010 to cause this problem as the Democrats turned away. It's like they want to drag the whole state down with them.
