When I was a freshman we had a professional glassblower come visit and he smacked the molten glass with his bare hands and I realized you have to be CONFIDENT to pull off some of the sculptural pieces professionals do 😅 me I just make little vases and cute mugs

I'm sorry you have to wait until spring, but I'm so glad the classes are booked up! I've gotten so much better on the bench with practice, but I still feel pretty basic!! I can make some cool shapes and I loveeee playing with colors, but a lot of my final pieces are assembled with a torch.
