I wanted helmets for the Sisters of Silence that didnt look too sci-fi. I read on the wiki they started as a raven-loving warband the Emperor sent to rebellious worlds with psychic baddies. The Dark Eldar heads stand out quite a bit. But feel largely appropriate.
Its the canon scheme with the saturation turned way up. The intention is to stand out more in competition at conventions/events. So what might be completely canon matters less than how much you draw in the audience. I love that most about Warhammer. Put on a show for people, I say!

Was the "Community Survey" ever helpful to GW? Was it used to tangible results? Or was it a marketing ploy to roll out Sisters of Battle?
Thanks. Enclaves should have a bit of age to their gear. They might be an offshoot colony, but they are still consummate professionals. I like to think true weathering is what happens when tools aren't maintained properly. Time gives a unique look for the rest.
