This is the situation ICE is leaving detainees in.

The work is still going to bring people home.

Down to the last $1000 to raise! Help me close it out today and get this money over to the families—they are mindblown that this came together so fast.

Maybe this is a new kind of mutual aid…mutually beneficial projects. We get to help two families for the price of one!

Gladys Mae West obituary: mathematician who pioneered GPS technology She made key contributions to US cold-war science despite facing huge barriers as a Black woman.

No joke: I got angry hate mail today for writing an obituary of a Black woman scientist—because the person felt she did didn’t deserve the recognition.

Which just makes me want to share it again: www.nature.com/articles/d41...

All this shit is a heat check by mainstream press to see if they can still pull off a “there’s equally bad guys on both sides, and here’s the guy we decided is just as bad as Nick Fuentes.”

It’s:
1 - A way of avoiding the real problems: Trump, Vance and Netanyahu
2 - Probably not gonna work anymore

There are a lot of reasons why, but the biggest one is this: MN put in the work to respond to this shifting landscape; folks in our legislature, in our AGs office, in our advocacy spaces, in provider circles, and across our state.

Because we have good people putting in good work at every level.

A Tortious Tour of Valleyfair! The winner will have the chance to go to the Valleyfair! amusement park in Shakopee, Minnesota, with me. I'll pay for admission and mediocre food for up to two people. At the park, the winners can hear as much or as little as they want about the safety record of parks generally and Valleyfair! in particular. The park in fact has a very good safety record with very few incidents, so this will mostly be about things that happened at other parks. If preferred, this can instead be a trip to the park at the Mall of America, but really Valleyfair! is more fun. (It can also be a visit to the State Fair, though I’ll ride fewer things there—not out of concern for safety but because I just don’t do as many spinning rides these days.) Scheduling will be worked out with the winners but the visit will be sometime during 2026.

To put this all in one place: if you are a U of M law student, bid on this; if you know a U of M law student, tell them to bid on it! Why? (1/)

Cops fractured his skull for standing by in peaceful protest. And people in power claimed he assaulted the cops. No hell greater for those who smeared him. RIP.

Every day that those in power do nothing to remove this regime more people come to this realization.

a “ceasefire” that lasted 17 hours and killed 254 people in lebanon is not a ceasefire and referring to it as one is inaccurate
