I could barely get my psych to put me on 20mg of Vyvanse when I know my therapeutic dose is 40mg so I just split the difference by adding caffeine. At first I was drinking like 600mg of caffeine with it which wasn't good, I had a 200mg one today and just sipped it way slower than I normally (1/2)

I drink energy drinks sometimes with my ADHD med and immediately regret it until I inevitably hit the sweet spot.
