#CopperCube; no-code 3D engine with a full-blown editor.
It's marketed as a no-code engine; however, it supports JavaScript. You can mix and match custom scripting with visual scripting.
Very easy to use, beginner-friendly. Can export to Windows, macOS, web and Android.
Cons
- No 3D editor
- Very basic 2D editor lacking many features
- Rare updates and lack of support
- The developers mostly stopped supporting this engine as they mainly focus on their other engine called #GameGuruMax
- Very small community
Pros
* Cheap, buy-once licence
* Integrated code editor that runs fast and smooth
* Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and web exports
* Easy language for beginners
* C++ support for experienced devs
* Hassle-free, wireless broadcasting to mobile with a single click
* Easy to debug

#AppGameKit; a mostly code-only, 2D/3D engine with a basic 2D editor. There's no 3D editor except community tools.
Its BASIC-like scripting language has everything you need to make any type of games for desktop, mobile and web.
Beginner friendly for code-only engine seekers.
Finished up a really early version of a Pokémon style RPG JavaScript game. Was able to get the battle system to work, can trigger battles when talking to other characters, items, and can save the state between battles. #gamedev #indiegames #indiegamedev #javascript #programming #coding #rpg #games
To be honest I find GDevelop to be very VN game dev friendly too. Especially with their yarn extension and easy to use tween behaviours.
The speed is measured after each run of the game thread. This speed is later included in the calculation for each movement. This means that the speed should still be the same on fast and slow devices.

Working some more on the side-view for the gunship miniboss, some detail lines and some bright pops of color with the yellow. Think its better?
