I’ve used a CPAP for about 7 years now. It’s a pain and annoying but does work well. Side sleeping isnt a problem if you go with the full face mask which imo is also way more comfortable and adjustable overall
If you want to try Zepbound you can now buy it direct from the manufacturer for $300/mo without insurance. Still a big monthly cost but significantly cheaper.

It’s a pretty tough thing. I feel like I understand why people like it but esp when trying to make gains on endurance or speed I find it just takes so much focus that chit chat is really hard. On lighter days it can work out ok tho If with someone of similar style

That’s more activity than probably like 99.999% of American adults so you’re doing really awesome! 5k is an arbitrary thing but just brought that up to point out that you’re accomplishing quite a lot
That’s awesome and a really solid number of daily and weekly miles! Half a mile more and you’d be doing a 5k. For health speed doesn’t really matter. Even if you went twice as fast over the same distance the number of additional calories burned is very small.
