Sword Opera has an Austenian/romantasy setting in the Underworlds supplement for just such an occasion!

Can I recommend my game Sword Opera? It's not explicitly about heists, but it is about balancing personal ambition and loyalty to your community.

Failure is in the player's hands, so it's about consequences. Personal crises linger on your character until dealt with, making team play is important.
