Yes very important to note this was primarily a non-ICU study. Being on the ventilator or having high O2 requirements was an exclusion #nephjc

Needles not an issue - all AKI so all had catheters. But your other points are valid. #nephjc

Yes - deemed too risky by some specifically CT surgery teams #nephjc

If persistent AKI with rising serum cr and or oliguria -yes #nephjc
