Made some matcha chocolate chip cookies and tried some video editing for a short/reel. I used the OBS Branch Output plugin to record clean camera feeds from stream to edit with. I have to get more deliberate with placement in frame, 9:16 is a cursed aspect ratio. Enjoy the super cropped view.

I also rigged up OBS to record this fun time lapse of it in the oven.

This month's #labyrinth challenge was to feed the Minotaur a souffle. I made a marbled chocolate and cheese souffle. Chocolate and Cheddar go surprisingly well together. For the top I added a smoked cheddar tuile.

Some folks were having trouble with getting the connection going. It's got a button to screenshot scan the connection QR even though it's on the same machine, a handy test button, and lots of helpful red arrows

This year I'm participating in a monthly culinary club on #twitch called *The Labyrinth*. Each month we must escape the labyrinth by feeding the Minotaur it's monthly request.

This month was Pot Pie. I made a chicken pot pie, but I wanted a free standing pie as opposed to one kept in the pot.
