I ask because in my work I'm not seeing a huge benefit to AI coding tools--every time I've seen it used it's screwed something up, and I'm not sure how a company could survive relying on it.

I've seen claims that the megascale AI companies would have to raise prices by an order of magnitude to approach profitability and costs continue to increase. Does it continue to be that much less expensive if they raise prices or collapse?
