I really want to talk about the cards you hate in Magic the Gathering and why you hate them so much.

Why do cards like Smothering Tithe and Rhystic Study result in so much animosity?

Do you run cards like these in your decks?

Apologies for the image of text— short-form character limited apps like this make announcements hard.

(Great because of the good things. Terrible because of the ‘I lose track of time’ aspect of playing a good MMO)

Revisiting Final Fantasy XIV has been great/terrible for my mental health.

Finally almost finished with Shadowbringers— and it’s been great. Life has been stressful but it’s nice to see optimism in storytelling. And such an amazing community of players.

PGX weekend and the only real joy in my life is Final Fantasy Tactics. I’ve got some complicated feelings on the subject but I’m happy seeing people I love.

The people who complained about the timeline confusion in Netflix's The Witcher better not ever try watching Foundation. I think it will cause their eyeballs to melt.

Profoundly weird, authoritarian nonsense. This administration creates Patton-esque photo ops for Pete Hegseth to masturbate to while Trump rambles about fucking paper.

It's becoming hard to find more room on the disgrace pile for all these new disgraces.

At TooManyGames, we're bringing MÖRK BORG to the live stage. Join us as Johan and Pelle suffer the pains of the game they made, together with Kendo Smith and Jeff Stormer. On stage is also metal guitarist Drew Buller, who'll provide heavy riffs as the characters hurt. Watch it on site or on stream.

In the process of rebuilding my game shop following the last year of chaos. If you’re local to Pittsburgh and like game shops and video gaming, consider checking it out!

Oh no. I accidentally reinstalled Final Fantasy XIV. Please send help. Or supplies. Not sure which yet.

This definitely seems to be a statistically unlikely amount of airplane crashes. Any stat-nerds wanna weigh in or is this definitely an FAA-inspired problem? Because I feel like it’s an ‘America has understaffed the system and now it’s cascading’ kind of issue.

It’s kind of depressing but I don’t think we’re surviving this. So much of it is evil. Not just unfair, unbelievable or unconscionable. Evil.

I don’t know that our society can ever recover from how monstrous this shit is, and I mourn for the generations that may follow us. America is cooked.

I'm in love with the new Worlds content, and I'm consistently impressed at all the work Hello Games has put into rolling their engine updates into NMS.

Look! It’s me! I am both incredulous and graying!

But at least I persist. Please persist with me— even if it’s hard.

I have both lmao. I just LIKE the Anaconda (and the video size comparison against the human player character)

This Anaconda is my asteroid cracking rig. It’s old reliable haha.

I’m currently deep into revisiting #EliteDangerous, and frankly— if you’re into space and you’re not playing this game, you’re missing out.

FFO: The Expanse, Star Wars, Babylon 5, Star Trek, Alien(s), and honestly— blue collar science fiction is my jam.

I’ve been playing for AGES. Shortly after it went live at retail, post-Kickstarter. Respect for the longevity and dedication.

I want to be clear— because I was not prepared for the outpouring of communication on this: I adore Elite Dangerous. And seeing this passionate fanbase still exploring the galaxy makes me hopeful that ED still has some gas in the tank.

Despite the vastness of the galaxy, it feels a lot closer now.

Love NMS! Just opened up the Worlds Pt. II content this morning by finishing some [✨Stellar✨] quests.

But you hit the nail. It’s all about the realism in Elite for me. The economic logic, the sensible, near-future design style. It feels so lived in, despite its procedural nature.

Star Citizen, no matter how long it's in development, will always seem vaguely like a scam to me.

Like even if I'm sure it's not, I'm terrified of ever investing in it.

ED is so good and even though it feels a bit repetitive and less-than-ideal at times, I love it for the history/time I've spent

Exactly the same. Odyssey's launch needed some love, but it seems like it's in a better place. And I got the itch to play again after spending several days in NMS in the midst of the Worlds I+II updates.

X4 was what I installed, played for a few hours, and then made me go: Time for ED lmao

Anyone out there still playing Elite Dangerous in 2025? If not, what cool space games are you playing? I'm hankering for some good, realistic science fiction.
