You’re very welcome. I can tell you’re willing to do the work, so you’ll make great strides.

In my case, recovery was nonlinear, as expected. Importantly though, I continued to make gains for years longer than the first 1-2 years my doctor suggested. Don’t lose hope, but also be open to life being different than the way it was before. Good luck!

This reminds me of Milton Avery, a huge inspiration of mine!
