The cost wasn’t as high as a new tablet (obviously), but it was still a big hit to my wallet. Still, now I’ll be able to continue with the commissions I’ll be taking on again soon.
(UPDATE)
I got lucky and found a brand-new, sealed stylus for my old tablet. It feels really strange drawing with the new stylus, and now I realize just how worn out my old one was (after 10 years of use). Now I just need to get used to the new one.
I hope I can find it, and I hope it isn’t too expensive (though I seriously doubt it). I can’t afford to spend THAT much on a new, more up-to-date tablet—and while I’d really love one, it would leave a huge hole in my bank account.
My tablet's stylus (pen) is on its last legs after 10 years.
I used to think it was the whole tablet that was dying, but I’m 90% sure it’s “just” the stylus.Now the problem is finding out if they still sell that model of stylus (I doubt they’ll still be making it in 2026) and how much it costs.(->)
