Even if I feel behind, or pressure to hit my insane goals, or whatever, I haven’t forced it.
I think the other recommendations are good too: change of scenery is a big one. I also am a big fan of engaging with different types of media from your usual. Art museums also do wonders. 3/3
If I have to force myself to do *anything*, it’s a bad day not a good one. I’ve been flirting with burnout a lot this year despite my goals and what I have been able to get written. I think the only reason it’s been a flirtation and not a catastrophe is I haven’t forced myself. 2/
