We haven’t evaluated IL33 at subcellular distribution but that can be easily done since we have the slides already digitalized. Another interesting thing would be coloc IL33 in tumor samples w/other relevant markers. Let me know if you’re interested so we can start with prelim data, cheers!

Cool paper!!! Congrats!! We have also seen that IL33 differs among left and right colon in pts w/colon cancer, perhaps microbiota abundance (or diversity) is involved in il33 production in specific gut segments.
