What would go a long way in convincing me of that is if they back someone in MTG's slot and wins it. Then we'll know that Progressives can actually win a fucking fight.
That might be the Working Families Party but the fact they haven't really hit the main stream in a big way I doubt they'll do much other than push the "vote blue no matter who" rhetoric when primaries start up. Ultimately becoming the bad guy when the DNC fumbles again.
Capture the disenfranchised voter base of the progress left, and actually talk to the fucking 90 million morons that don't vote in this country.
And I'm not advocating for third party idiots like the Green Party or Libertarian bs. An actual progressive party that'll quit bullshitting people.
If Walz was 20 years younger and just a little more progressive I could see it happening. If we see another Obama bullshit "Change" campaign too I doubt it'll move the needle in our direction.
IMO we need to just abandon the DNC and start a Bull Moose type party again.
And for those wondering what I'm eating. I made ham and cheese sliders and hashbrowns. And that is because I don't have potato chips and and I wanted something crispy and potato-y to put on my sliders... Again don't judge me >.>

Woke up this morning with an actual hunger which has never happened. And now I'm eating as soon as a I wake up without feeling nauseous for the first time in my life.
I just got done playing a game with @andiesanade.bsky.social and @lloidffxi.bsky.social where we were very Filipino, very unhinged, very gay, and we created an army of omegas who now have Family Leave benefits.
I don't know what you think you did today, but I won.
Moral of the story... Nepotism leads to boundless promotions, Unionization, and a very hostile take over of a non-descript business via Stakeholder vs. Digital Rats mounted by the Proletariat siege style warfare.

MTG's district is overwhelmingly conservative. So unless democrats can drop a boat load of money off to a candidate that can sway conservatives its going to be a conservative seat no matter what. I hope I'm wrong and they find someone who can pull it off but I have no faith in the DNC doing that.
Glad this panel got picked up again! Was super inciteful at FOMO Con and I hope this becomes a main stay at every Con Zero!
