Ureyuu has very little expression overall, while it's not impossible, there can be a few times that Ureyuu will use their hands to perhaps point something out but not much else. Ebony on the other hand is someone that uses her hands a little more, usually to punctuate or emphasize her sentences.

Perhaps disappointment is the wrong word. But in the end they did make Ifrit pay in the most painful way imaginable.

I think Ureyuu knows before he's told, that a tempered soul cannot be reversed by current means. Even so, there's still some kind of disappointment that permeates his being when he looks at those soldiers and knows that their death warrant has been signed the moment they were tempered.
