It is, I'm about to get my warm mittens out and clear the snow off the vehicles.

Worse is that park in Toronto where the Haida ship is. The park is full of geese and I had to drive between locks to grab the ship as it arrived and tie it up, and we drove the truck on ahead, sliding sideways with RWD spinning in the slime on the NY side

But if you think your *droppings* are bad, there's a sign to pick up after your dogs at the park, but the big ones are goose poop.
We get so much, you can either randomly step in it, or slip on it, so might as well gather it up. We have no farms so no animal manure. We make "Goose Poop Soup" with it

A few mornings ago for consecutive days, there were morning song birds. Now even the geese are quiet, they were ready to nest before the harbour froze over again.
So much activity changes with open water. Seals, Otters, Eagles, Gulls (plenty gulls), geese (gaggles of them 😆) hawks, owls & coyotes

I've been watching it for awhile @867gerry.bsky.social , it's mostly pinkish in the south, too clear to bounce off clouds. It's still nice.. except for the ice. Harbour is moving ice, and my cove froze over again. #Stunday

A tame black bear, named Blueberry, at the former Oaklawn Zoo, He's behind chain link fence, his tongue is out, and he will come and take peanuts from your hand at the fence

So about two weeks.. then they come to us.

My wife, of course, will want me to go look for the bears.. (she loves bears, grew up with them outside her front door) So, I have to risk a limb and life to find them for her. 😆
I took her to Oaklawn Zoo to feed Blueberry the Black Bear.

Black Bears in Nova Scotia will begin to greet you, on your nature hikes, as early as mid-April.
Bring snacks. They will love you long-long time.. 😆

I think I haven't ordered via the app for awhile. I use the PC and shop from there. But with the price of gas, and the distance from the city and anything *stores*, Amazon is a life-saver here. Even the hardware store in Sheet Harbour is higher price than the same one in Sackville. Amazon beats them
