Electrification?? I would rather see money used as subsidies toward this than for fuel payments

Land use change, as advocated. You need people that work the land to make a brave/conscious decision to step away from the norm - recognising their land has benefited at expense of downstream areas. Money to make it happen faster. Perhaps something akin to parametric insurance, or subsidy

This is my area of speciality (28+ years). We know the solutions. But for Ireland we must first solve this:
