We have already been told "We don't need SBRs/SBSs etc". We already experienced people trying to ban rifles from import with stripper clip flanges and " intermediate sniper rifles" (bolt action rifles). No one who actively owns and shoots firearms believes politicians will stop st just semi-autos.

And that's not how its legally supposed to be done. They have to produce weapons for LE/MIL. Again, there is no class 3 license. Its an SOT. There isn't even a class 2, Only Title II firearms (not a license and no tax outside of transferable MGs and DDs). You don't seem to understand this.

Lmao. Also they don't hand out SOTs to individuals. Only businesses.

Gun companies do not have the responsibility of vetting individuals, nor the ability. That is the responsibility of the FFL and ATF.

If a seller is routinely selling firearms to people who fail a background check, the ATF should be doing its job. Gun companies have zero way of knowing when their gun, which is sold to a distributor, then to a dealer, if the dealer is not selling firearms legally.

Carry handle ARs haven't been the standard since the 90s. They have been supplanted by the 1913 rail on the upper outside of collectors circles.

They require specific scope bases depending on the type of rifle. For example, a Mauser 98 sight base set will not work on a Savage 110.

People own them for hunting not because they are automatic, but because they don't suck to own. Out of the box, your basic AR comes with a mounting system that doesn't require any weird proprietary system to mount scopes, is in a good, cheap caliber that is effective up to a deer, and is light.

Show me this class 3 license, please.

What about them?

Why would they? They were told for over a decade that rising up the government was impossible, because the government had tanks, jets, and nukes. Why should they rise up now?

Wayne Lapierre hasn't been the leader of the NRA for a couple years.

Making a frame for a handgun on a printer isn't copyright infringement unless you have a company logo on the frame you made.

How? Can you give me an example? Gun companies go through distributors, who sell them to people vetted by the ATF who have an FFL.

Which unsafe practices? I genuinely want to know, because I can only think of one and its something you can sue them over currently.

What gun laws do you not like?

How is it nonsense? Its true. Why would people fight for the side that threatened them in the past?

All you can do is insult and not address the fact that I am correct.

The 2A is intended to for the citizenry to fight oppressors, AKA cops. I own guns because I like collecting and shooting them.

Brother its a bolt action rifle that's 120 years old. You can use them as a hunting rifle without issue. Its not an assault weapon.

Because there is zero reason to ban them. They're collectors items, as well as some being hunting rifles.

I'm not a gun salesman. I fix them. Also the 2A is for shooting cops.

The 1986 FOPA banned new production MGs in exchange for overturning some parts of the 68 GCA, but you could still buy the same gun locked to semi auto. The 68 GCA didn't prevent sales of military small arms to civilians.

Military style weapons were not banned in the 70s and 80s.

Mega pro gun people were told by dems for years that if they revolted against the government they would get nuked, bombed by drones, blown up by tanks, and that it was pointless. Why should they revolt if this is the case?

You bought from KAC, which, considering how few aftermarket parts KAC even sold in the 90s, there was barely any in the market. You can quit BSing, I swear you weirdos make up all sorts of stuff just to make yourself feel knowledgeable.

No, you didn't. Do you know how much accessories there were in the 90s for ARs? Basically nothing outside what was surplused and sold to the public. There were almost no optics, aftermarket furniture, or aftermarket triggers. What you got was what you got. The only way you got anything else was if
