My take: breakfast is the least important meal of the day. Skip it. Just drink tea or black coffee, and take some water. If you must eat something, make it savoury. No sugar. And definitely no fruits or juices (too much sugar).

I can't read the article. But 'trashes' is deliberately inflammatory and doesn't reflect what I actually said at the conference. Andrew's article was not an accurate reflection of what I was saying. I am not against organics at all, but think that regen should not be tied to it.
