a golden retriever sits smiling in the front passenger seat of a car. the window is rolled down just a couple of inches. blue skies with puffy clouds and some happy little trees are in the background. it’s a totally normal photo of a golden in a car, minus the fact that the tongue sticking out of her mouth is bright blue.

you’re peering down into a styrofoam cup that was in a car’s cupholder. it is mostly empty but has some blue slushie way down at the bottom with a mysteriously tongue-shaped hole carved through the ice in one spot. the back of a golden retriever’s head is visible in the upper right corner of the photo. the dog may or may not be avoiding eye contact.

This is Lily. She's been accused of drinking her mom's slushie. Will not be taking any questions at this time. 14/10

Oh, I'm going to have to do that! Here's some pics I took.

I walk my dog in Blackmud creek ravine and it's the same. Lots of beaver activity, one huge dam and plenty of smaller ones. There's at least 2 dens on the banks that I can see from the path. Never seen an actual beaver though.
