For the past 3.5 years, I've cared for my elderly father. Wash & cut his hair, help him shower, help him to the bathroom, trim his nails. The laundry, the cooking, the cleaning, the gardening. I am on call 7 days a week, even when sick, 24 hours a day.
I am exhausted.
