(3/3) DRA filed this class action lawsuit in May 2025 against nationwide airport transportation provider SuperShuttle for failing to provide services to wheelchair users. This decision brings us one step closer to ensuring that people with mobility disabilities have #EqualAccess to their services.

California Supreme Court Opens Door to Declaratory Relief in Public-Records Disputes| Law.com The unanimous justices said the potential for declaratory relief, which can trigger fee awards, can encourage public agencies to fully comply with California's records law.

Last week DRA, @lawfoundation.bsky.social, King & Spalding, & Goodwin secured a landmark decision ensuring government agencies in #California are held accountable when they improperly withhold records that are, by law, the people’s records.
