Absolutely enraging. ICE kidnapped a 16 year old child in Mpls, refused to let him go home, sent him to a youth shelter in Michigan and LOST TRACK OF HIM. The family’s lawyer used an investigator to trace a phone call and locate him. (🎁 link)
