... and majority of its roots stayed in the soil when I took the whole thing out of the pot. Soooo I assume I overwatered it somewhow. So!

What should I do next? I attached the soil mix I've been using. Been watering it every other week with babybio orchid food and it lived under Sansi Growlights

Any plant parents out there? Need help with my #orchid or orchid hybrid, dunno what that one is precicely as it never flowered in 3 years.
