I sadly lost count of the tally but I was once again reminded that she has requested the MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE theme to be played at her funeral.

I still haven't recovered from witnessing a man in the row in front of me, at a fairly full cinema back in 2022, take out a travel manicure kit which he used to cut and file his toenails (he was wearing flip flops) and fingernails before the film started.

I let my mum choose our Easter film marathon this year, so naturally, we are spending the weekend with Tom Cruise in the MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE franchise. I'm going to keep a tally of how many times she says, "there he goes" whenever he starts running.

I really miss snapper cases!

I imagine THE LAST BOY SCOUT looks great in HD and even deserves a 4K remaster, but there are certain films in my physical media collection that I flat out refuse to upgrade for sentimental reasons, so my tattered DVD from 1999 is all I need. ❤️

A few of you could really benefit in mastering the art of shutting the fuck up. Realising that not every single thing requires your energy or opinion is very freeing. Just some advice.

I used to rent the VHS from my local corner shop every weekend for, like, a year. One day, I was devastated to find out somebody else had rented it for the weekend. When I went back the following week, the shop owner gifted me with my very own copy on DVD so I could watch it whenever I wanted.
