Idk what part of town you’re in but there’s this cool little Japanese coffee shop called Sugar Pine up near 183 and the crescent that has a great vibe for this imo.

For anyone that finds blenders 4+'s grid snapping absolutely atrocious, "Shift+S -> Selection to Grid" will snap to grid the way it should be doing by default.
