In the words of Lenny Yoro’s post match interview, “honestly I don’t understand what happened”. This is why you always stay to the end; what a night!

Lidl have just won a court case in Northern Ireland to open a first store with a pub attached.

A friend of mine posted elsewhere "It’s fantastic,
Coming home drunk is one thing,
Coming home drunk with a trampoline, night vision goggles and a horse blanket! Beautiful.".

Thank you from the family to all Reds who visited David's grave today . If anyone knows Retford Reds Steve and Mal Marsh who leave something every year, please pass on a special thanks.

A bird's-eye view of a former Auschwitz II-Birkenau camp showing a wide dirt pathway flanked by parallel rows of barbed-wire fences. Groups of visitors walk along the path, surrounded by the remnants of brick structures and barracks, now reduced to foundations. Green grass contrasts with the somber history of the site, as the path leads toward a guard tower in the distance.

Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. It did not start from gas chambers.

This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.

Auschwitz took time.

I used to scratch my head as to how they all allowed the world to go to hell in a handbasket in the 1930s and why not enough was done to prevent it. We all know now.

Up the if we can beat Legotits on his own turf despite playing 70 minutes of the game 10 vs 12 then a home game at the theatre against rock bottom of the table should be a walk in the park for beard & his second half of the season relegation battling Manchester matchday reds.

1 - I listen to 5 Live, R2, R4 and R6 Music as well as watching TV and consuming news. Radio with ads would drive me bananas.

Unconvincing, patchy and inadequate cover unfortunately. But enough about his beard, he had a blinder today

Dignity and humanity of Afghan women must be worth more than game of cricket | Jonathan Liew The Taliban uses the success of its men’s team as propaganda – cricket’s powerbrokers should pursue a collective boycott

"our concern for the women and girls of Afghanistan apparently kicks in at 1.5 cricket matches. two or more games in a single sitting: an unconscionable act of collusion in a murderous, misogynist, medieval death cult. fewer than two: all right lads, crack on"

The Gist: AI, a talking dog for the 21st Century. Séamus O'Reilly on the year's biggest con, AI. This is a Christmas Cracker Gist.

I wrote about how much, how fiercely and why, I hate A.I.

Going to need it with Lindelof in there. At least there’s a strong bench and he always uses his subs.
