Council offices made from concrete in a modernist style
First visit to the Scottish Borders Council HQ in Newtown St Boswells - such a lovely surprise to find a mid-60s modernist building designed by Peter Womersley! A useful day with sessions on agile school leadership and using data effectively to inform improvement.
