There's very little info about this online, but apparently back in 1979 there was a Lupin III popsicle that you could buy to get a chance to win a Nintendo Block-Kuzushi machine.
I only learned about this when I saw that one of the winning machines was for sale, so I decided to buy it:
Under an umbrella? Within a field?
Itโll ring true as it did the first time it was said but you really should only play games that interest you out of your own desire, not obligation. You gotta likeโฆ.want to experience it. Cooperation is key
Last year, Derek and I did a commentary stream on the Faceball project and promised the VOD would be up soon... It only took a year!

It's kind of a gray area, but you also have the Turkish Taffy/frozen Charleston Chew non-newtonian nougats that can be broken/shattered on a table's edge.
this week's Console Archives title: the 1990 Famicom version of Ishin no Arashi, the first game in Koei's "REKOEITION" subseries of open-ended sim-heavy RPGs
not only is this the first CA drop with a hard language barrier, it's also the first one that's not on the existing list of confirmed games
weaponizing extreme misogyny by asking every girl in my contacts list if they are Wet Jeans Club or Dry Jeans Club
People hate this shit so much. Nobody's having fun. Even the AI people are getting tired of this. They're losing and they know it. Even with the ever-growing revenues of OpenAI and Anthropic, things feel weird and bad. Anthropic's services are also randomly broken or rate limited to hell. Cool!
Oooo can definitely recommend Past Times in Ohio! They definitely have both.

I regret to inform you: (1) they've made a Kit Kat ice cream bar, and (2): that's breakfast sorted for today.
Aw man, just found out Gary Leeds died at the beginning of March. That's all three of them gone, then. ๐ RIP.
Is it possible to play enough Shanghai to drive yourself batty? Well, this bitch is gonna find out.
Apparently, 4th is ideal for the trickery I'm trying to accomplish (the "teens" excuse is only like 5% of it)
(*Touchae?)
Just ordered a pair of 4th generation iPod Touches (Touchii?) before the teens start buyin' em up and the prices go nuts

Every time I take the bus to Carnegie, I have a habit of listening to Swing Out Sister at tooth-shattering volume and I see no reason to stop now.
That's not dumb! You're allowed to enjoy your craft! Besides, it's better than being addicted to playing and getting zero done.
Chrontendo Episode 38 (00:54:00)
(I already have it but all y'all should get it)
Oh shit they're putting Nite Flights back on vinyl for Record Store Day!
(making music for games still feels like pulling teeth, however.)
That's how I burned thru 20+ years of my life as a songwriter. No amount of time/money/knowledge/help ever got me closer to anything I heard in my head, and positive feedback just made it worse. In comparison, working on games feels about as difficult as cooking. If I can think of it, I can make it.
Geez, the first hour of Final Fantasy 5 is already better than the entirety of Final Fantasy 4.
