supplements in general are the majority of causes of vitamin & mineral overload or overdose
be careful with supplements esp if you take multivitamins + other vitamins. if the bottle says over %100 of anything look up if that vitamin is dangerous to overload
anything with 1000+% skip & get rid of
ah yeah the only ppl who really need electrolyte drinks are ppl who exercise a lot, have a physically demanding job, live somewhere hot, or have certain medical conditions
