One of my favourite events at Hazelnut Community is our Palm Sunday retelling of the events of Holy Week, with 8 creative planted tubs. Here's a selection - The last supper (made by children), the disciples asleep in the garden of Gethsemane and Peter's denial of Jesus. Happy, holy times.

This Sunday we’re hosting a winter storytelling circle at Hazelnut.
We’ll sit around tables and share a few simple stories, or just listen.

There will be different prompts to help you reflect on this season, your life, and your faith.

This year at Hazelnut we’ve seen seeds become stories. We’ve grown vegetables, friendships, confidence, and community. We’ve welcomed new people, shared food around fires, cared for the land, and discovered hope together in small, beautiful ways. Happy New Year!

As the land slows and rests, we do too.
Through winter we gather around fire and candlelight to share Christmas, go deep, recharge and begin again.
All are welcome.

Over the last two weeks at Hazelnut we have celebrated the season together with an autumn festival and an All Saints gathering with pumpkin carving. 85 adults and 50 children joined in. A beautiful glimpse of community life growing through the seasons.

The rain won’t keep us down! We will meet in the church hall.
