I usually talk to my older brother if Its about ttrpg stuff because I'm like. Literally all of my friends are involved in ttrpg with me and this stuff is SPOILERS!!!! so I'm like. "You. react to my content."

I highly recommend knowing at least one person who is not invested in any of the things you are- so that if you feel the need to yap about spoiler content, you can be like "Hey can i yap to a conscious being about this thing for 2 seconds because otherwise i will explode."
