Ending having insurance companies started in Hawaii rather than Oregon would be another start. I rented a car on Kauai fir about 1/3 of what she paid on her taxpayer-funded family junket. And didn't pay over $600/night for a luxury hotel. p.s. I thought the city had a fiscal gap!
