This is so absurd. You cannot be the head of a LGBTQ org and praise Rowling like this. She's a vile cess pit of bigotry.
It was great to meet with my friend, @fairnesspa.bsky.social State Director Chris Kalcich, this morning in Harrisburg to discuss how we can work together to support LGBTQ+ Pennsylvanians.
Today is National Youth HIV/AIDS Awareness Day. The LGBTQ+ community is disproportionally at risk, and 22% of new diagnoses are among 13-24 year olds. Education is key to prevention, does your local school district teach preventative measures in their health classes?

‼️ACTION ALERT ‼️ Contact your representatives on House Bill 1800 for Marriage Equality and for The Fairness Act!

You deserve the right to make
that decision for yourself and have the laws in our state
work to protect you and embrace you. Pennsylvania is
better with you in it.
We acknowledge that in today's climate, it
can be dangerous to be public about your identity. Regardless of where you are
at with your openness, we are
committed to fighting for a future where the option to be
visible is not a question of safety, but simply one of
personal preference.
No one should fall through the cracks of the legal system in Pennsylvania.

Today, HIV is treatable and transmission can be effectively prevented. Further stigmatizing one’s status reduces likelihood they will get tested and seek treatment. Decriminalizing HIV is crucial for progress.

It's about time for Pennsylvania to pass the Fairness Act. Right now, your rights change depending on what town or county you’re in. The Fairness Act fixes that by ensuring everyone is treated equally under the law, no matter where they live.

Yesterday, members of the Pennsylvania Senate voted in favor of a bill to ban transgender athletes from participating in school sports. Let’s be clear: this bill is unnecessary, mean-spirited, and deeply out of step with the values that most Pennsylvanians hold dear.
